Chief Operating Officer/Founder Director of IIPPL
As Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of IIPPL in planning, executing and spearheading projects in compliance to quality and standards. In addition to driving sales and marketing programs, he is adept in swiftly ramping up projects. He also manages establishing and maintaining project documentation, technical and progress reports and contract / claim documents. Along with being the Chief Operating Officer, he serves on the Senior Leadership Team that sets the overall strategy and direction for IIPPL. In 2007 he became the founder member of IIPPL and was designated as the Chief Operating Officer. He has an eye for perfection and has great managerial skills. He has been in Real Estate Industry for over 25 years.

with a presence in Hyderabad for over 15 years, Sri Avtar Singh has made path-breaking and visionary contributions to IIPPL through his pioneering role as a real estate developer and corporate leader. It is common knowledge that whenever he sets his mind to attain a particular objective, he pursues it with an unrelenting tenacity and singleness of purpose. This became readily apparent when he joined hands to form IIPPL. It was a promising start. IIPPL’s business grew rapidly. Sri Avtar Singh’s achievements are by no means restricted to the business arena. His personal contributions in various public serving entities, stands testimony to his commitment for the societal well being.

He brings established industry expertise in land assessment, permitting, zoning and all other aspects of project development, for site selection, financial modeling, and the execution of the transaction, whether it is an acquisition or disposition. His unparalleled knowledge in strategic planning, identifying and analyzing acquisition opportunities, negotiating transactions, and packaging deals for clients and the Company, serve as an excellent asset in our growth. He has an extensive background in Land Realty as well managing entitlement of property and negotiation of land agreements. With more than a 25years of unmatched experience, V.T.Vijay kumar as our director of Land Development is a natural fit and progression for IIPPL.
